It depends on the size, height and location. If a permit is required, we'll tell you upfront and help coordinate it.
What kind of wood do you use?
Most projects use cedar or pressure-treated lumber. We'll walk you through the look, upkeep and options during your consultation.
How do I keep my deck looking good?
We stain and seal everything we build, and we'll explain simple upkeep so it stays beautiful for years.
When is the best time to build?
Spring through fall is ideal, and booking early helps. We'll give you a written schedule before we start.
